Shipping & Pickup

Shipping

• Where: we ship to addresses in the United States only.
• Cost: $7 for one set, or $4 per set when you order two or more (2 sets = $8). Free on orders over $70. Your bag shows the exact amount before you pay.
• Processing: orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Delivery: we ship with USPS. Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship.
• Tracking: when your order ships we email you the tracking number. You can also check your order anytime at maniready.com/order.

Free pickup

Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at:

• Deco Dreams Spa & Salon, 451 Main St, Cairo, NY 12413 (Tuesday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sunday – Monday Closed)
• Maria's Hair Salon, 460 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401 (Tuesday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sunday – Monday Closed)

We email you when your order is ready, usually within 1–2 business days. Bring your order number. We hold pickup orders for 14 days; after that, please contact us.

Address problems and lost packages

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you pay the shipping again. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us within 7 days and we'll help with USPS.
