We want you to love your nails. Because press-on nails are a personal-care product, we have a few rules to keep every set clean and safe.
Unopened sets
You can return a set that is unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging, within 14 days of delivery or pickup. We refund the price of the set to your original payment method once we receive and check it. Shipping costs are not refunded, and you pay the return shipping (or drop it off at one of our salons).
Opened or worn sets
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of sets that have been opened, tried on, applied or worn.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your set arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Wrong size
Please check our size guide before ordering. If an unopened set doesn't fit, you can return it under the unopened-set rule above, or exchange it for another size at one of our salons within 14 days.
How to start a return
Email hello@maniready.com or text (681) 618-6888 with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund an order that hasn't shipped or been picked up yet.
